Delicious No-Bake Cheesecake

cheesecake

When it comes to desserts, cheesecake is on top of the list. However, it can be a daunting task to make one, especially if you are baking it. And it could be truly disappointing if it doesn’t go well because it’s either you were not able to follow the right ratio of ingredients or you over-baked it. But worry no more. You no longer have to stress yourself out baking cheesecake because I am going to provide you with the recipe for the best no-bake, super delicious cheesecake.

What About the Crust?

Like what we have said, this recipe literally does not involve baking at all – even the crust! The only time that you will need heat is when you melt the butter, and that’s it!

So, what makes the crust? Graham crackers! That’s right. The crust should harden while your filling sets. That should take place while you are making the cheesecake itself. You don’t even need to freeze the crust.

Does the Cheesecake Need to be Refrigerated?

Once you filled the crust with the filling, it is essential that you refrigerate it so the cheesecake will set. Otherwise, it will fall apart when you slice it later on. You can chill it for about 4 to 5 hours. But if you have the luxury of time, leaving the cheesecake in the fridge longer will make it better.
