There you go with your breakfast parfait. If you are in a hurry and don’t have the time to eat at home, you can simply prepare your parfait using a mason jar. Put the lid on and take it with you to work. It’s as easy as that. You no longer have to start your day starving! It’s a perfect snack, too. You can even have your kids bring some to school.

Wondering if you can make it ahead of time and refrigerate? You can definitely do so. Just make sure that the jars are tightly sealed. They can sit in the fridge for about five days. So if you are always on the go, take some time on Sundays to make a few jars of this breakfast parfait and keep them in the fridge. With this, you can just grab one and go in the morning. Super convenient!

If you have strawberries in the fridge, you can add some as well. Like what we have said earlier, this recipe is versatile. You can use any fruit of your choice. Plus, it only takes a few minutes to assemble.
