This summer salad recipe is very refreshing, and most of all, it’s nutrient-dense. Chickpeas are very popular, especially in the world of vegetarians because they are high in protein. They serve as an incredible replacement for meat. They also offer lots of vitamins, minerals, and fiber.
Mangoes offer a host of health benefits as well. They help in digestion, boost immunity, clear the skin, promote eye health, and lower cholesterol.
Just like chickpeas and mangoes, avocados are very nutritious too. They are loaded with healthy fatty acids and fiber, which supports weight loss and heart health.

Chickpeas, also known as garbanzo beans, can be purchased dry from the supermarket. You can use an electric pressure cooker to cook them. Or, to be more convenient, you can utilize canned chickpeas. They taste the same, and they are very useful, especially if you are in hurry whipping out a quick snack.
