2 ripe mangoes (peeled and diced)

1 avocado (peeled and diced)

1 cup chickpeas (cooked)

juice of a large lemon

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 red chili (dry, finely chopped)

salt and pepper


  1. Make the dressing by combining lime juice, olive oil, and red chili in a small bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced mangoes and avocados with the cooked chickpeas.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently mix before serving.


If you want, you can add red Romaine lettuce or cilantro and red onion to achieve a richer taste.
