Crispy Golden Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Air fryers have taken the world by storm recently and for good reason. Well, it’s mainly because more and more people are becoming health- conscious. We all love fried foods, and they are just so hard to resist. However, they come with adverse effects. A lot actually. But with the use of air fryers, you can continue enjoying your fried foods without the oil.

That’s right, an air fryer doesn’t require oil. Or, if it does, it’s very minimal. It definitely is an excellent substitute for a deep fryer. And if you are trying to lose weight, you will surely love this cooking equipment. Plus, with reduced use of oil, you are able to reduce the risk of many diseases, too.

I know I’ve recently shared an article about how bad an air fryer could be when cooking steak. But no worries, that’s not what we making today. 🙂 Instead, we will feature another old-time favorite for game nights – Chicken Tenders!

If your friends are coming over this weekend and you guys are planning on just hanging out and perhaps watch some movies, Chicken Tenders would be a great dish that you can serve. It could be for a snack, an appetizer, or dinner. You can match it with bottles of beer as well. How does that sound? 🙂
