What’s in Chinese Egg Rolls?

Egg rolls contain cooked fillings – a combination of meat and some veggies. Most of the time, ground pork is used along with cabbage and carrots. Some people also add bean sprouts, celery, ginger, and other vegetables. All these will then be wrapped in egg roll wrappers and fried in hot oil. You can also bake them. But if you want to achieve that crispy exterior, you might as well fry your Chinese egg rolls.

Egg roll wrappers are available in almost every grocery store, so finding them should not be that hard. 🙂
