Scale

3/4 c. peanut butter

2 c. sugar

1/2 c. milk

1 tsp. vanilla extract

  2. Bring the sugar and milk to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil for about 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally.
  3. Remove the mixture from heat and add the vanilla extract and peanut butter. Stir until smooth and then pour into the pan. Let it set for about 1 to 2 hours.

  • Cook Time: 5 minutes + Set time for about 2 hours

So there you go with the easiest, tastiest, and creamiest Peanut Butter Fudge recipe ever. When compared to other fudge recipes, this one right here is the simplest. You won’t have to stress yourself out in looking for the ingredients because, for sure, you already have the needed items in your kitchen. You also don’t need to tire yourself out when it comes to stirring. Plus, it sets quickly. Your mixture might even be ready in just an hour.

Can You Freeze It?

Of course, you can! All you have to do is wrap it in plastic or parchment paper (double it as much as possible) and throw it in the freezer. It should last for up to 3 months. You can simply thaw and slice it later on.

Once sliced, you can expect your peanut butter fudge to last for a few days as long as it is stored in an airtight container. Keep in mind though that it may dry out, so it would be better to consume it within 5 days.
