This Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge recipe is ridiculously easy to make that even a small kid can make it. But when it comes to the taste, it’s a real winner.
3/4 c. peanut butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Butter a piece of foil that is slightly larger than a 9×9 square pan. Press the foil into the pan with the butter side up.
- Bring the sugar and milk to a boil in a saucepan over medium heat. Boil for about 2 to 3 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Remove the mixture from heat and add the vanilla extract and peanut butter. Stir until smooth and then pour into the pan. Let it set for about 1 to 2 hours.
It would be much easier to slice the peanut butter fudge if you remove it first from the pan.
