Bacon-wrapped asparagus is a very healthy snack or side dish. With just three ingredients, you can indulge in an addicting, yet very healthy entree!
Ingredients
8 slices bacon (sliced in half lengthwise)
1 pound asparagus (trimmed)
ground black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper. Top with a cooling rack.
- Following a spiral pattern, wrap each piece of asparagus with bacon. Do the same thing with 15 more. Season with freshly ground black pepper.
- Arrange the bacon-wrapped asparagus on the top rack and bake for about 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy.

Bacon-wrapped asparagus can be served as is or with your choice of dip. Caesar dressing is highly recommended.
