Plus, they are a good source of protein.

So instead of indulging in unhealthy desserts, why not try Chia pudding? Sounds intimidating? This pudding is super simple to make and it only comes with 5 ingredients. You can also add some fresh berries or your choice of fruit slices.

See? As easy as that! You can pull a delicious Chia pudding together even with your eyes closed! But seriously, this food is quite easy to make and it is very healthy. You are free to make a huge batch to share with your family and friends. You can serve it as a dessert or snack. It is also good for breakfast.

This recipe involves pure vanilla extract. But if you are not into this ingredient, you can simply omit it. The result would still be delicious without vanilla.

In addition, Chia pudding can be served as is. Or, if you want to increase the nutritional value and add more flavors to it, you can top it with fresh berries and other fruit slices.
