How to Ensure Crispy Skin
Like what we have said earlier, you have to know the right technique so you can ensure crispy chicken skin. First off, it is very important that you pat each thigh dry. That’s because when they get to the oven, the moisture will make the skin flabby. It won’t turn golden brown either.
Next, never cook chicken thighs fresh from the freezer. You need to thaw them or at least get into room temperature. No worries, this should only take about half an hour. Doing this will help ensure easy cooking both on the inside and outside.
Closing Thoughts
This baked chicken thighs with garlic butter recipe is definitely a game-changer. It’s no hassle to make and as long as you follow the techniques above, you can ensure crispy skin, which is a plus.
