These homemade watermelon popsicles are truly refreshing. They are a great way to enjoy the combined flavor of watermelon and lemon, made a bit sweeter with honey. No artificial coloring either!

1 1/2 c. watermelon (seeded and diced)

1 tbsp each honey, fresh lemon juice, and white sugar

1/2 c. water

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into ice pop molds.
  3. Freeze for about 2 hours or until solid.
  4. Remove from the molds and serve.

If you do not have ice pop molds available, you can make use of paper cups as well as wooden sticks.
