Ingredients

3 large eggs
3 burger buns
2 oz. cheddar cheese (grated)
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Instructions
- Beat the eggs and add salt and pepper.
- Using a non-stick skillet, cook eggs on medium heat.
- Toast or pan fry the buns.
- Add a generous amount of the cooked eggs into the bottom half of the bun. Top it with the grated cheese and sandwich with the remaining half of the bun.
Notes
You can switch the burger buns with whole-wheat bread or English muffins. You also have the option to add ham slices or bacon if you wish to.
