1 cup instant espresso
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 teaspoon sugar
Instructions
- Make the instant espresso.
- Pour milk into a mason jar, but make sure not to fill it up all the way so there will be room for the milk to froth up.
- Put the lid and shake the jar for about 30 seconds.
- Take the lid off and put the jar in the microwave. Heat for about 45 seconds.
- Pour the instant espresso into a mug. Stir in sugar and add the frothy milk.
Notes
Cappuccino can be topped with cinnamon or cocoa powder. Aside from low-fat milk, you can also utilize skim milk.
