Moist and Tender Blueberry Muffins

Moist, tender, and super tasty blueberry muffins…You can munch on them all day long!



1/2 cup blueberries

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 cup white sugar

1 cup milk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg


  1. Preheat oven to 205 degrees Celcius (400 degrees Fahrenheit).
  2. Prepare a 12-cup muffin tin with either paper liners or non-stick cooking spray.
  3. In a large bowl, combine oil, milk, and egg, along with sugar, all-purpose flour, and baking powder. Add the blueberries and mix well.
  4. Spoon batter into cups.
  5. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.


If you don’t have fresh blueberries, you are free to use the frozen ones. You can also utilize dehydrated blueberries. Adding sugar blanch would be good.
