2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach
1 mango (fresh or frozen
1/2 avocado
500 ml non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve.

If you have leftover, you can freeze it and have it for dessert the following day.
