Spinach plus fruit juice and non-dairy milk equals…..yummy and healthy smoothie! It’s a light tropical fruit-flavored smoothie that you’ll never forget.

Ingredients

2 handfuls of fresh baby spinach

1 mango (fresh or frozen

1/2 avocado

500 ml non-dairy milk


Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a powerful blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Serve.

Notes

If you have leftover, you can freeze it and have it for dessert the following day.
