Ingredients
1 1/2 cups of cooked quinoa
1 medium-sized red or green capsicum (thinly sliced)
1 medium-sized cucumber (thinly sliced)
1 medium-sized avocado (thinly sliced)
1 medium-sized carrot (thinly sliced)
5 pcs cherry tomatoes
romaine lettuce
Instructions
- Prepare all the ingredients.
- Arrange in a bowl.
- Drizzle with the satay sauce.
- Serve.
Notes
You can add chickpeas, sprouts, and pretty much any plant-based food that you want in your Buddha Bowl.
