Description

A sumptuous dinner meal doesn’t have to be complicated. This roast lamb recipe only requires a few ingredients like rosemary, garlic, and olive oil, but the result is truly wonderful!


Ingredients

2 pounds lamb shoulder (boneless)

1 teaspoon freshly chopped rosemary

2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves

4 cloves garlic (minced)

3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

salt and pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Use the mixture to rub the lamb shoulder with.
  3. Put the lamb on a baking dish and roast for about an hour.
  4. Once roasted, let it cool off for 15 minutes, remove twine, slice, and serve.

Notes

The lamb shoulder should be tied with butcher’s twine before cooking.
